Conference Fee: HKD 490 (for local delegates); HKD 600 (for international delegates)

 

This covers accommodation, meals (2 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners), sessions, in-conference transportation, conference materials and light refreshment.

Extra $10 will be charged if you use bank counter to transfer.

Deadline of registration: Please fill in the application form by 7 December 2013.

The results (successful/unsuccessful/waiting list) will be announced on 11 December 2013.

 

For successful delegates, you will receive another email instructing you how to make payment as confirmation of acceptance, along with the indemnity form.

[Your seat will only be confirmed if you make payment on time. If not, your seat will be taken up by the wait-listed delegates. Wait-listed delegates will receive payment notice by 15 December 2013.]

 

International Delegates have to cover the pre and post conference stay on their own. Help on hostel booking (e.g. hostel recommendation) will be offered by the OC team on request. Pick-up service will be provided. Further information will be provided once results have been announced.
