Accelerator track: Members are the engine of AIESEC Hong Kong. Through taking different missions in the conference, accelerators can get to know AIESEC Hong Kong as a whole and the operation of different departments. With the help of directors, accelerators are empowered to create something new for AIESEC Hong Kong.

 

Director track (Managers): Leaders are the one who guide the direction of AIESEC Hong Kong. We believe a true leader wants nothing more than to make people stand on their own. With a new conference format, directors can experience how to assist others to stand on their own. Through different sessions, directors can also get to know more internal directions and operations of AIESEC. 

 

Director track (EB): Leaders are the one who guide the direction of AIESEC Hong Kong. Acting at the top management level, what else can we do to sustain current accomplishments and achieve more? Is our operation aligning with the aim of the organization? Is there any new strategies and policies to help us fly higher? Let’s communicate with the national plenary, and know more from the MCP candidate, managers and members!
