**If you have ordered the delegate hoodie, please make the payment TOGETHER with the delegate fee to confirm your order. **

1) It is strongly recommended that you do your payment by ATM.

2) An extra amount of HKD 10 will be charged if you make the payment through counter, i.e. you will have to pay HKD 500 instead.

3) Online bank transfer is NOT accepted. You will be required to re-do the payment if you paid online.

Please write down your name on the receipt, sign the indemnity form and upload them to https://podio.com/webforms/6267633/488307 by 14/12/2013 (GMT+8 23:59) so as to complete the whole payment process.

Please name the receipt as [Payment receipt_Your name]

**Please be noted that your place will be AUTOMATICALLY taken up by the wait-listed delegates without prior notice if you could not finish the whole payment process including uploading the receipt by 14/12/2012 (GMT+8 23:59).

If you did your payment WITHOUT writing down your name on the receipt and uploading the receipt, your delegate place will NOT be confirmed. You will be required to re-do the payment. The extra payment made will only be refundable upon registration on day 1. Enclosed please find the good and bad examples of receipts.
